Overview

In this role, the live sound technician at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort manages audio equipment, such as a digital/analog mixing boards during indoor and outdoor events. The engineer is responsible for set up and take down of the equipment as well as sound checks, equipment placement, volume and signal processing to accomplish great quality of sound. The technician must also be approachable and provide great customer service to our hotel guests and local residents. Great personality and audio knowledge is required to deliver an unforgettable and genuine performance to our Margaritaville visitors. The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following key attributes:
• Experience Running Digital/Analog Soundboard.
• Setting up front of house and stage mix.
• Knowledge of EQ & FX (Signal Processing)
• Must have knowledge of Mic-ing a Drum Kit
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must possess the following traits: Personable, Approachable, Professional, Accountable, and Coachable.
