We're looking for a vibrant and energetic Busser to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a Busser at The Wayward, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining and bar experience. You'll work alongside our talented team to keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for service. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the overall ambiance and efficiency of our restaurant.

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats.

- Work your magic by swiftly clearing and resetting tables to keep the service flowing like a well-oiled machine!

- Play the role of a food and beverage maestro by assisting servers in delivering culinary delights to our guests' tables!

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations.

- Replenish table settings, utensils, and condiments as needed.

- Assist with polishing silverware and glassware to maintain a high standard of presentation.

- Be the superhero who responds to guest requests and ensures seamless communication with servers and our amazing staff!

- Support the kitchen and serving staff with various tasks as needed.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant standards.

- Contribute to a positive team environment with your enthusiasm and energy.

- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Bring on your dancing shoes for the flexibility to groove through various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays!

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
