The Talent & Learning Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the People & Culture function by overseeing the recruitment of all hourly level positions, learning and development, onboarding, team member engagement, and general HR administration across our three distinctive resorts that make up the Islamorada Resort Collection: Amara Cay Resort, La Siesta Resort & Villas, and Three Waters Resort & Marina.
Reporting primarily to the Director of People & Culture and working closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for managing the recruitment process for all hourly-level positions, from job posting and candidate sourcing through pre-employment and onboarding. The Talent & Learning Coordinator also serves as the primary coordinator for property learning initiatives, helping ensure new and existing team members receive the training, resources, and development opportunities needed to be successful.
In addition to recruitment and learning responsibilities, this position provides day-to-day support to People & Culture leadership and assists with team member relations, HR systems, compliance, engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and other departmental priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
