Starting at $20 per hour + a $500 sign-on bonus, Orléans Room is looking for a dependable, motivated, and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our culinary team at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel.

This is a great entry-level culinary opportunity for someone looking to build their skills and gain experience in a professional hotel kitchen. Working primarily breakfast shifts, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced culinary professionals while developing strong fundamentals in preparation, cooking, and service.

Rotating seasons bring ever-changing, locally sourced ingredients to a menu that is creative, fresh, and approachable. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute breakfast menu items according to Orléans Room standards
• Complete daily prep accurately and efficiently
• Follow recipes, portioning, seasoning, and presentation standards
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures and food safety practices
• Keep a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members during service
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities
• Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes leaving the kitchen
• Follow all sanitation and kitchen safety standards
• Support the culinary team with additional kitchen responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• A genuine interest in learning and growing in the culinary field
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn professional cooking techniques and kitchen operations
