Summary:

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and productive work culture
  • Implement and enforce brand standards and quality control measures
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of success in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
