Located along the waterfront in beautiful Key West, Parrot Key offers spacious accommodations surrounded by lush landscaping and delivers an authentic island experience for every guest. As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required; hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Previous cash handling experience required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with computer systems and experience with hotel property management systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties in an active front desk environment
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
