Are you a dynamic, guest-focused professional with a true passion for hospitality? Join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor (Innkeeper) at Key West Historic Inns. In this role, you’ll lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional, personalized service while setting the tone for each guest’s experience. With your energy, attention to detail, and leadership, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and create memorable stays that reflect the unique charm of our inns.

The Innkeeper serves as the face of the property, providing a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. This role is hands-on, supporting guest engagement, property presentation, and operational needs across multiple inns when needed.

• Previous hospitality, hotel, or guest service experience preferred
• Six months Front Desk experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Key West or similar destination markets is a plus
• Prior cash handling experience necessary
• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong computer skills
