The Restaurant General Manager ensures that Grain & Cane operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and customer service. The Restaurant General Manager must coordinate a variety of activities for other related outlets, such as Room Service and Bar. Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service provided, health, and safety. Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift pattern organization, and day-to-day management activities.  

• Four (4) years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Three (3) years in a management position.
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget the department.
• Extensive knowledge in Wine and fine dining is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively.
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality.
• Experience with multiple POS systems preferred.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
