• Prepare and cook dinner menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards for an upscale dining experience.
• Handle high-volume service during peak times, especially on game nights.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menu items and specials.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support the team with various kitchen duties as assigned.
   

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
