Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bike shop operations, ensuring a clean and attractive environment.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and displays to maintain a guest-ready shop.
  • Train and guide staff to deliver outstanding customer service and promote rentals.
  • Assist guests with rentals and provide recommendations for bike safety and use.
  • Handle cash, credit card purchases, refunds, and daily deposits accurately.
  • Monitor bike maintenance, ensuring all equipment is safe and operational.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote hotel dining and recreation venues to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of supervisory or retail experience, preferably in bike shops or rentals.
  • Previous cash handling experience with strong math and financial accuracy.
  • Knowledge of bicycle maintenance, safety, and equipment upkeep.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage effectively with guests and staff.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
