Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain all bicycles and rental equipment with precision and care.
• Assist guests with rentals, ensuring proper sizing and safety recommendations.
• Clean, maintain, and organize inventory to keep the shop guest-ready.
• Process sales and rentals using cash registers and credit card machines.
• Promote other hotel amenities and activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold shop safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Monitor and report inventory needs to ensure a fully stocked shop.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and mandatory team meetings.

• Mechanical experience or certification in bicycle maintenance.
• Previous cash handling experience with strong math skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of bicycle safety and maintenance procedures.
• A commitment to safety and adherence to policies and standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
