The Maintenance Engineer plays a key role in keeping our resort looking sharp, running smoothly, and delivering that “license to chill” experience for every guest. From fixing what needs fixing to making sure every light shines like island sunshine, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps paradise in perfect condition.
🍹 Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and recreational spaces
🌊 Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
🏝 Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment, systems, and building features are operating safely and efficiently
🛠 Complete guest service requests in a timely, friendly manner — always with an island smile
🌴 Maintain pools and outdoor areas to ensure a sparkling, resort-ready appearance
🎸 Assist with preventive maintenance programs to keep paradise in top shape
☀️ Work closely with the Engineering team to respond to emergencies and after-hours needs when required
🗺 Follow safety protocols and maintain documentation per hotel and regulatory standards
🍍 Keep work areas clean, organized, and happy as a tropical breeze
