Bell Captain position functions as the lead bell person. This position trains and schedules staff; informs guests about all hotel facilities, their locations and hours of operation, and handles any room drops. Will work with Front Desk to manage heavy check in and check out days to ensure smooth process for the guests.
Less than three moving violations in the three previous years. No DUI convictions.
Must have current driver’s license.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
Familiar with local area and attractions.
Experience in operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred.
One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
Valid CDL license where applicable.
