Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support front desk staff during shifts
Ensure all check-in/check-out procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Resolve escalated issues and ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor front desk operations to maintain service standards
Assist with scheduling, performance feedback, and team development
Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial transactions
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
Supervisory or lead role experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
