Are you a hospitality professional who loves Nebraska and is ready for an amazing opportunity?


We’re looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to support property leadership in guiding all food and beverage operations. In this role, you’ll help uphold the highest standards of health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

 

You’ll play a key part in driving exceptional quality, service, and innovative marketing initiatives that boost profitability and elevate our guest experience. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, coaching, scheduling, and supervising a dedicated team, all while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Qualifications

  • You’re fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking with ease to connect with guests and teammates.
  • You bring experience to the table with 2–3 years of fine dining know-how and ideally 2 years in banquet or event management.
  • You’ve led teams before, with proven supervisory or management experience in a hospitality environment.
  • You communicate like a pro, whether you’re chatting with guests, collaborating with colleagues, or guiding your team.
  • You meet local requirements, including minimum age regulations and any necessary Food & Beverage Service Worker permits.
  • You’re sharp and capable, with math, reasoning, and language skills aligned with essential hospitality operations.
