Overview

Are you a detail-oriented and guest-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Reservations Manager to join our team! As the Reservations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our reservation department. Your energetic and proactive approach will contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction by managing room inventory, maximizing revenue, and providing personalized service. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department.
  • Manage room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Train and supervise reservations staff, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experiences and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase reservation conversions and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a reservations management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Marriott reservation / front desk with Lightspeed and GXP highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel property management systems.
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
