We are seeking a passionate and guest focused Restaurant Maitre De to join our team in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Maitre De, you assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, with exceptional leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. • Lead and manage the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction by being continuously present on the floor in a supportive role
• Actively support service - bussing, expo, running food, hosting, barbacking, managing, leading
• Support a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
• Develop and train a team of talented individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Hold team accountable to policy & procedure with a supportive voice
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold our reputation for culinary excellence
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability during the execution of service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
• Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Ability to work 30+ flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Three 10-hour shifts/week, with the option to cross-train in other departments
