Conference Service Supervisor acts a liaison between the customer and hotel salesperson to provide direction and supervision during execution of meeting and banquet functions or event. You will be readily available to clients during events, actively solving problems and offering innovative alternatives to enhance their experience. You will proactively engage with group and catering clients, expertly managing logistics related to room blocks, food and beverage services, public meeting space, and billing processes, to ensure every detail is impeccably handled. Your role will be crucial in driving the re-booking of group business for future events, while showcasing your outstanding upselling skills to maximize profitability.
