Overview

Do you have a personality that could brighten someone’s day before they’ve even had their morning coffee? Can you turn a travel hiccup into a happy memory? If so, you might be the Front Desk Agent we’ve been dreaming about!

 

We’re looking for a people-loving, problem-solving, detail-spotting, guest-greeting front desk agent who’s ready to make our guests feel like VIPs from the moment they walk through the door.

 

What You’ll Do (Besides Be Awesome):

  • Be the first friendly face guests see — and the one they remember

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with speed, accuracy, and a genuine smile

  • Respond to guest questions, concerns, and unexpected situations with professionalism and empathy

  • Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems like a true local expert

  • Team up with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service

  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Process payments and transactions with confidence and accuracy

  • Pay attention to the details that make a big difference in someone’s stay

What You Bring to the experience:

  • A friendly, approachable personality and a natural love for helping people

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got experience in customer service — bonus points if it was in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • You’re a natural communicator who knows how to make people feel welcome and heard
  • You've handled cash and payments before, and you do it with confidence and accuracy
  • When things get hectic, you stay cool, think fast, and find solutions
  • You’re comfortable with computers and familiar with hotel systems (or eager to learn them)
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
  • Your schedule is flexible and evenings, weekends, and holidays work for you
  • You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong desire to learn and grow
