🌴 Now Hiring: Front Desk Supervisor – Margaritaville Resort 🌴
Full-Time Position | $500 Hiring Bonus!

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a talent for turning check-ins into cheerful hellos? We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Margaritaville crew and help guide our front desk team in delivering unforgettable island-style service.

And here’s the bonus breeze: Get a $500 sign-on bonus – $250 on your first paycheck + $250 after 90 days of tropical excellence!

What You’ll Do in Paradise:

🌞 Supervise front desk operations with confidence and care—check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
🌺 Lead, coach, and motivate the front desk team to deliver laid-back yet professional guest service
🏝 Handle guest requests, concerns, and special moments with grace and island charm
📚 Train and onboard new team members to bring the Margaritaville vibe
💳 Oversee accurate reservations, billing, and guest account management
🤝 Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience
🧼 Keep the front desk area looking as welcoming as our ocean views
✅ Ensure all front desk practices follow resort policies and standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role

  • A positive, upbeat attitude with a focus on team success

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences with every stay

Qualifications

  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Six months Front Desk experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
