We're looking for a Food and Beverage Coordinator who’s equal parts organized, energetic, and passionate about hospitality. In this role, you'll be the glue that holds our food & beverage department together—keeping events on track, inventory in check, and guests happy. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at both the kitchen and front-of-house operations, helping everything run smoothly from prep to plate.

What You’ll Be Doing (besides being awesome):

• Coordinating food & beverage events (think fun, flavorful, and flawless)

• Keeping tabs on inventory so we’re always stocked and ready

• Jumping in to solve guest issues with a smile and stellar service

• Helping manage records, reports, and billing (you’re basically the spreadsheet whisperer)

• Supporting the training and growth of our awesome team

• Making sure we stay squeaky clean and up to code with health & safety

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a food and beverage coordination or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in computer software applications, including MS Office
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
