🌞 Job Summary:
Join our fin-tastic team as a Recreation Attendant at our laid-back, tropical paradise! We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and passionate individual who’s ready to bring the party to paradise. If you love sunshine, music, and making people smile, this is the perfect gig for you.

As a Recreation Attendant, you’ll help guests of all ages escape the ordinary and dive into unforgettable island-inspired experiences. From poolside games and beachy contests to arts & crafts and tropical trivia, you’ll keep the good vibes flowing and create memories worth singing about.

🦜 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and assisting with recreational activities and events including outdoor games, poolside contests, crafts, and themed resort happenings.

  • Interacting with guests in a friendly, upbeat way to ensure every experience feels like a mini vacation.

  • Helping set up, organize, and clean up all activity spaces—keeping everything neat, safe, and full of fun.

  • Supporting team events, birthday celebrations, family fun nights, and other resort-wide programs.

  • Maintaining safety and ensuring guests feel welcomed, included, and ready to relax and unwind.

🌴 We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a fun-loving, outgoing personality with great communication skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and loves working outdoors.

  • Can safely lift/move equipment (up to 30 lbs) and be active on their feet for extended periods.

  • Brings previous experience in hospitality, recreation, childcare, or entertainment (preferred, but not required).

  • Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays—it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of recreational activities and sports
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
