Overview

Are you a strategic sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Director of Sales who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role plays a key part in driving group sales success by supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and mentoring the sales team. You'll help shape sales strategies, manage critical client relationships, and lead the execution of group business initiatives to maximize revenue and ensure a best-in-class guest experience. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with successful contract negotiations in the hospitality industry.
  • Business communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years hotel sales experience.
  • Understanding/knowledge of computers and Sales technology systems such as Delphi
  • Above average analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities & risks, then develop sales action plans to proactively make a positive impact on revenues.
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Proven success in leading a sales team while also exceeding a personal sales production goal.
  • Experience leading both Group and Individual Business Travel Sales segments.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer presentations, industry events, and tradeshows.
  • Ability to direct/motivate sales department to meet and exceed goals.
  • Desire to become a Director of Sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees.

Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
