We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program and uphold our commitment to excellence.

As the Campus Beverage Manager at Grain and Cane, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage operations. You will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional beverage menu, managing inventory, leading a team of bartenders and servers, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of beverage trends, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Design and update seasonal craft cocktail menus, wine lists, and spirits offerings
• Oversee daily bar operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to control spending and waste
• Build relationships with distributors and negotiate favorable pricing and partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop bar promotions and experiences
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
