This is a seasonal position through the end of October. On island housing and meals provided at $19/day.
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores and Astor's Spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Oversee the day-to-day operations.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and budgets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints or issues.
Manage inventory, order stock, and conduct regular audits.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
Implement promotions, marketing strategies, and in-store events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Previous cash handling experience.
· 2-3 years of prior retail/hotel experience.
· Sufficient grade math skills required.
· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
· Read, write and speak English fluently.
· Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Micros and Excel preferred.
