• Communicate with the team to ensure smooth, timely service

• Handle guest concerns with a “no worries” attitude and a smile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
