As our Event Sales / Catering Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of events—from corporate meetings to social celebrations. Your main goal will be to maximize banquet food and beverage sales while ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution from start to finish.
Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales or event experience
Minimum 1 year of food & beverage or banquet operations experience
Strong knowledge of event contracts, terms, and negotiation strategies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Delphi, CI/TY, ISAC, or similar CRM systems preferred
Polished, professional presence and confident client-facing demeanor
High level of organization, time management, and ability to juggle multiple events/projects
Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and hospitality industry standards
Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative, guest-focused events
Team-oriented with a proactive sales approach and passion for service excellence
