Summary:
Support the coordination and administration of all aspects of banquet events, from initial booking to post-event documentation
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met with precision and professionalism
Assist in planning banquet event details, including room setups, timelines, and special guest needs
Liaise with the banquet, culinary, and audiovisual departments to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
Manage event documentation including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), setup sheets, and internal communications
Provide outstanding administrative support to the banquets and events team, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and ensure all event details are communicated clearly to all departments
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting client needs throughout the planning and event phases
Assist in monitoring event progress, resolving on-site issues, and supporting overall guest satisfaction
