You’ll guide a talented sales team with a strong focus on group business, corporate accounts, and creative food & beverage strategies—all while working closely with our restaurant and catering teams to unlock new revenue streams and enhance the guest journey.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership; luxury or boutique hotel experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development and performance coaching
• Strong ties to—or willingness to immerse in—the Omaha community and culture
• Experience in F&B sales, event planning, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and sales analytics tools
