• Certification in fitness instruction or personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
• Previous experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and equipment
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
