• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Coordinate, organize and carry out massage services
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients
• Demonstrate full knowledge of use and maintenance of spa facility and services offered

• 1+ years experience in the field 
• Ability to perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone 
• Training/certification and licensing required by the state/country  
• Present a professional appearance and confidence
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
• Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
