Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management and supervision of the stable operations
• Coordinate the care and feeding of horses, ensuring their health and well-being
• Schedule and oversee the daily activities of stable staff, including training and performance evaluations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment within the stable facility
• Assist with horse grooming, exercise, and training as needed
• Collaborate with the Equestrian Manager to plan and execute horse-related activities and events
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in equine management
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, offering guidance and assistance with horse-related activities

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in stable management or equine-related field
• Strong knowledge of horse care, nutrition, and health
• Experience in managing a team and coordinating daily operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Familiarity with equine equipment and facilities maintenance
• Certification in equine management or related field is a plus
