As we prepare for this exciting transformation, we’re looking for Servers to join our team and provide exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

The future Sunny, in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, is poised to redefine the beach getaway experience, offering a perfect blend of rich history and unparalleled amenities. The resort will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, spa & salon, oceanfront pool with tiki bar and fire pits, beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space, including a unique oceanfront terrace.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages promptly, following service standards.

• Offer menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.

• Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.

• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

What you bring to the table:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods.

• Work in a multitude of temperatures from hot to cold.
