Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in their work to generate and nurture leads. 
  • Participate in sales meetings and client presentations to learn the art of effective sales techniques
  • Support the hotel marketing initiatives. 
  • Assist with preparing client details and sharing information across teams.  
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Learn and understand the hotel's sales systems and processes
  • Embrace opportunities to learn about other areas of hotel operations
  • Support specialty events across the hotel.
  • Support employee engagement experiences as time allows.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in hospitality, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to learn and develop in the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales software is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
