This is a seasonal position from early April 2025 to end of October 2025. On island housing and meals provided at $19/day.
Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure all accounts are reconciled regularly.
Responsible for compiling all group billing.
Responsible for maintaining AR ledger with regular review of the aged accounts.
Monitor the AR ledger on a daily basis, If any discrepancies are found then corrective measures to be taken.
Ensuring prompt, accurate and efficient system for the billing of current and aged accounts.
Review the AR Aging report daily and focus on minimizing the AR outstanding balance.
Monitor any unallocated payments from customers and apply the same with future bills.
Monitor credit limits of all outstanding accounts and maintain collection log.
Ensure that all credit applications properly documented approved by the management and are based on hotel’s policy and procedure.
Assign AR number to the approved accounts. Assign credit limit to the approved accounts.
Collaborating with managers to ensure that all associated accounting requirements are adhered to in accordance with established procedures / timelines.
Schedule and precedes the monthly credit meetings.
Responsible for overseeing AR Clerks
Other special duties as and when assigned by the controller or Director of Finance.
· BA or BS degree in accounting or finance.
· One year experience in the industry.
· Required statistics math level.
· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
· Read, write and speak English fluently.
· No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others
