Key Responsibilities:

  • Take guest orders for room service and ensure accuracy
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and making recommendations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the room service area
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
