We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Golf Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our golf course and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the golf course, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate and manage tee times, tournaments, and other golf-related events.
• Supervise and support golf staff, including starters, marshals, and pro shop team members.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of the golf course, liaising with the grounds team.
• Assist with training and scheduling team members to meet service standards.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Handle inventory management, including golf equipment and pro shop merchandise.

• Previous experience in golf course operations or hospitality management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for golf and a deep understanding of the game.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
