Are you a dynamic and creative individual who loves creating unforgettable experiences for guests? We are seeking a passionate Pier Experience Coordinator to join our team! As an Pier Experience Coordinator, you will bring your energy and enthusiasm to organize and facilitate a variety of engaging activities and events for our guests, ensuring their stay is filled with excitement and fun!

What you will be doing:

• Ensure all guests entering the Pier pay the daily rate
• Monitor activity of the Pier
• Sell bait, rent fishing rods, repair equipment, etc
• Activate daily happenings on the pier for local and guest enjoyment, ROI opportunity
• Liason with city, locals and guests. Enforcing guidelines & reporting incidents
• Work with and support Sandbar Venue including use of computer systems/POS

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or training in recreation or hospitality is a plus)
• Previous experience in organizing and leading activities or events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
