Overview

This is a seasonal Position from April thru October 2025. On island shared dormitory style housing and meals provided at $19/day.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for event planning and coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Manage event timelines and handle any last-minute changes or requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for local attractions, activities, and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
